For out of towners you have to experience it once. Fast food at is fatty and disgusting worst but oh so good. Burgers are good. Try the not so secret "Animal Style" which is not on the menu. Basically cheese, grilled onions, and thousand island dressing. Order the fries well done so that they are crispier. Shakes are really good. Not sure why this is such a "thing" but worth a visit if you are on a budget. If not, go to the Korean BBQ next door.

This is my home in n out, I probably go here the most. Kevin the manager is so kind and generous, if anytime there is a problem, he finds a solution. Food is great but service is better. Came here for a wedding photo shoot and the staff was super friendly and allowed us to do as we pleased. Just expect a line cause this place is always crowded!

Totally busy, so I can look past the mild/moderate need to clean up. Food was fantastic but took a bit longer than I would have expected (but not too bad).I love the simple menu. The food was excellent as compared with other fast-food burger places.

Your places are always pleasant anyway. However the one there in Westwood (near the UCLA campus) gives of the energy and presence of some sort of major even instead of just another burger joint. Big shouts out to your image consultants crew! 😄👍

Employees here don't work as fast as at other In-and-out's, probably because they are UCLA students. This means that if you're not at the drive through you're going to have to wait a little bit longer than when compared to other locations. Otherwise things are good.
